Welcome to Franton Homes Inc. We take pride in building custom quality homes that are known to be signature products enhancing a community.

Franton Homes have been building custom infill homes in the Greater Toronto Area since 1995. Infill projects have ranged in size from 1,200 to over 5,000 square feet.

Franton Homes is certified as a registered builder in good standing with the terms of the Ontario New Home Warranty Program (registered since January 29, 1996) as well as being a member of:

   - The Canadian Homebuilders' Association (since 1998)
   - The Greater Toronto Homebuilders' Association (since 1998)

Franton Homes Inc. is in excellent standing with the ONHWP and takes pride in caring for clients long after any warranty expires. In the custom home area, their current client base is mainly comprised of referrals from satisfied clients.
